Since 1993, I have partnered with 25+ school systems domestically and internationally to provide superintendents with strategic planning and guidance on creating conditions system-wide for improving student achievement; advise school administrators on instituting organizational structures and assessment practices that cultivate effective teaching and learning; coach teachers to optimize students’ learning by instruction to state, Common Core, IB & EfS Standards; counsel national education officials and university faculty to synchronize policies and practices throughout the sector to support centralized K-12 learning outcomes.
